Ethical

Ethical compliance applies to products and supplier organisations as well as your own organisation and covers a plethora of complex social, health and safety and employment legislation/voluntary codes.

Newleaf provides specialist services to develop supply chains and suppliers that comply with the Ethical Trade Initiative's base code, SA8000 or retailer-specific ethical policies.  More importantly, we also develop supply chains to go beyond basic auditing into more meaningful programmes and supply chain partnerships.

Voluntary

Industry initiatives, NGO-led certification and schemes and bespoke in-house codes and policies of organisations have been developed to build greater trust in supply chains - often in areas where there is a lack of legislation and known bad practices that businesses are keen to eliminate from their supply chains.
